Consisting of two suitably bent and punched sheet metal sections. All sheet metal parts are painted with epoxy powders (our standard color GREY RAL 7001) while the remaining parts are galvanized. Each conveyor consists of: – zinc-chrome-plated rollers with a diameter of 48 mm and a distance of 75 mm – drive unit located under the frame – drive shaft – transmission via 5 mm diameter polyurethane belts placed between the roller and the shaft – adjustable M50 supports (tubular section 50 x 25 mm) for adjustable work surface height from 650 to 850 mm – start/stop motor protection.
